Our fee for coming to your home to troubleshoot & diagnose an appliance problem is $125 for the first appliance.*
One flat rate price will include all parts, labor, and fees, including the diagnostic fee.
You will know ahead of time exactly what the cost is.
This will be the total amount you will owe, if you choose to do the repair.
We offer a 90-day warranty
If you'd rather not repair the appliance, you just owe the diagnostic fee.
When we have fully diagnosed the issue, you will be quoted the exact repair price.
The following issues may add to the fee, but we will always let you know before the repair.
Please note them in your problem description when you contact us.
Appliances installed in a difficult-to-access location (for example, washer in a small closet)
Dishwashers that must be uninstalled to complete the repair
Washers or dishwashers full of water (that need bailing out)
Stacked laundry units that need to be disassembled for diagnosis/repair
Wall ovens that must be removed to work on
These tasks usually require either a second person or special equipment.
* Additional appliances diagnosed during the same trip are $95 each.
Unless there is difficult access for any of them, in which case it might be the full $125 per additional appliance.
Of course, we will clearly communicate the fees ahead of time.
