Friendly, prompt, clean, and really f'n good. Gave excellent advice on what to expect from my machines. Fixed both washer and dryer within two days of my first call (time includes getting parts needed). Great service, will use again, and highly recommend.

Contacted Patriot Appliance on Tuesday; after i explained that my fridge was leaking, they scheduled my service for the next day. Lance (technician) arrived on schedule and completed the repair. Fridge is working perfectly now. Five stars across the board for response time, communication, quality of service.

Kevin was extremely helpful and professional. He recognized the issues caused by our movers not securely packing our washer during our move. He was timely and responsive. I would definitely use his services for any appliance issues in the future.

Lost my dryer.....I called and left the model number and he returned my call within a few hrs. ......he cam out w/the correct part and had us up and running in 45 mins this is the 2nd time he's been out in about 7 yrs......awesome just job and customer service

Unbelievable service today for a microwave/oven wall unit. Lance isolated the problem and went to work on it having it back functioning perfectly within the hour. I highly recommend this company for any appliance issues.
